Students who secure their own Global Internships can contact Dr. Onursal Erol before the internship start date to discuss the possibility of earning academic credit for their experience.

CLAS students: Explore additional internship options through the Beyond120 program offered by UF’s College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.

Gulf Scholars Internships

Are you ready to make an impact in the Gulf region while advancing your academic and professional goals? Each semester, UF Gulf Scholars offers several funded experiential learning opportunities that fulfill the Experiential Learning + Gulf Impact Project requirement for the Gulf Scholars medallion. Learn more about open internship positions by visiting UF Gulf Scholars.

Don’t miss your chance to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and connect with dedicated mentors.

Financial Support for Experiential Learning

The Colburn Student Opportunity Fund, named for the former director of the Bob Graham Center, Dr. David Colburn, provides needs-based support to undergraduate students who have secured experiential learning opportunities in civic engagement, public leadership, effective public policy, and public service beyond the confines of the Alachua County community.

The application cycle is currently open and closes July 19. The fund is open to all majors, regardless of UF college. Learn more.

CLAS students: Explore additional scholarship options through the Beyond120 scholarships and the Dean’s Office Scholarships.
