Finding Solutions to the Heirs Property Problem

Join the UF Levin College of Law and the Bob Graham Center for Public Service on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 in the College’s Bailey Event Space for a timely discussion about Heirs Property. This half-day event will feature two panel discussions exploring heirs property and identifying solutions to the challenges associated with it. Following the morning panel discussions, join us at 12pm for the keynote address with Thomas W. Mitchell, 2020 MacArthur Fellow and professor of law at Texas A&M University School of Law.
