Are you interested in a legal career? Curious about how Florida’s judicial system works? Want professional development tips for your future beyond UF?
Join the Bob Graham Center for a lunchtime conversation on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at noon with Judge Mark Yerman, a recently retired Citrus County Court Judge and veteran of our nation’s court systems.
Judge Yerman will share his advice about his profession and pathway to becoming a judge, along with the ethical and exemplary standards associated with the field. Students will have the chance to ask questions about planning your undergraduate career, how to become involved in the public service side of legal careers and discover new opportunities available to you.
Our special guest for the luncheon is former First Lady of Florida, Mrs. Adele Graham, who will speak briefly about the distinguished career of the Hon. Lamar Matthews, former general counsel for Governor Bob Graham.
This event is intended for UF students. A lunch is served at no charge to those who registered.
