Mr. Semaya is the executive chairman of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust, one of Asia’s most prominent asset management firms. He has held leadership roles in financial services worldwide, such as CEO of UK and Ireland Wealth Management for Barclays and CEO for Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) in Europe and Asia.
