Chris Hand is an attorney, author, and public affairs commentator with a distinguished career in law and government. He leads Hand Law, a Florida-based firm specializing in government advocacy and fiduciary litigation. From 2011 to 2015, Hand served as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Jacksonville, overseeing policy, communications, and strategic initiatives. Previously, he was a speechwriter and Senate press secretary for U.S. Senator Bob Graham, with whom he co-authored "America, the Owner’s Manual: Making Government Work For You." Hand has also been involved in state and local initiatives, including Jacksonville’s Task Force on Civil Rights History and the Groveland Four Clemency Coalition. He serves on advisory boards for the Bob Graham Center, Jacksonville University, and Leadership Florida.
