Sarah Logan is a Director on the Government Affairs and Public Policy team at BlackRock, where she focuses on advancing the firm’s public policy priorities in the United States. She previously served as Chief of Staff to the Head of External Affairs at BlackRock.

Sarah previously worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she managed public affairs strategies for the foundation and outreach with federal officials, including the White House, Congress, and federal agencies. She also was Chief of Staff for the Gates Policy Initiative, a 501(c)(4) focused on lobbying efforts related to global health, development, education, and economic mobility. Prior to that, Sarah served at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Senior Advisor in the Office of Public Affairs. At Treasury, she coordinated the department's private sector outreach, as well as engagement with national trade associations, think tanks, and policy experts.

Sarah graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in American Studies and has an MBA from Georgetown University. She is originally from Tallahassee, Florida
