Kendall Gibson

Kendall Gibson is a public servant with a passion for local government and civic engagement. Kendall graduated from The University of Virginia’s college of Arts and Sciences in 2018 and began her career on the campaign trail with Gwen Graham’s gubernatorial bid.

After years in the communications field, Kendall earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from American University’s School of Public Affairs. In 2023, Kendall was appointed as a cabinet member in Mayor Muriel Bowser’s administration and continues to serve 76,000 Washingtonians as the Ward 3 Manager in the Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services. In this role, Kendall is the key connector between residents and community stakeholders with the essential services DC government agencies provide.

Kendall lives in Washington DC with her husband, Jacob Arnett.
