Leading for Health: NE FL Community Conversation

The Northeast Florida Area Health Education Center invites community leaders to participate in a roundtable discussion on the health-in-all-policies approach to decision making and strategies for achieving policy change in key areas of health, including tobacco, chronic disease, and mental health.
The Town Hall is free and open to community leaders and the public in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia counties.
